The project consisted of four buildings, two being the adaptive reuse and restoration of Art Deco heritage buildings, and two new builds in a contemporary style. The range of housing options included single floor apartments, loft-bedroom apartments, and a limited number of two storey townhouses and penthouses. The development also includes a shared underground parking facility.

Delivering Coastal Quarter under an Early Contractor Involvement arrangement, we worked closely with the client to successfully resolve a number of challenging construction and planning issues.
We delivered the project over four stages, and as each stage was completed and then occupied, we utilised careful planning, informed by our depth of experience, to seamlessly accommodate the new residents in what was a live construction site.
