For our work on the Antias development, the final stage of Vivas Lend Lease’s successful Jackson’s Landing, Ganellen was the first and only external contractor appointed for this prestigious precinct.

The harbourside project incorporated 43 architecturally designed boutique apartments, including basement parking for 56 cars. Respecting its heritage as a bone char factory, we were responsible for ensuring the unique architecture paid homage to its industrial past through its mixture of off-form concrete, painted steel balustrades and corten façade panels.

A vital part of our role as the design and construction contractor was to coordinate and deliver a range of green initiatives to achieve a 4 star green rating. We successfully achieved this goal, and made Antias the first apartment building in NSW to achieve a green star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.
