Our Story
A history of delivering better
for our people, partners and clients.

1998-2008

The Beginning

Founded in 1998 by Peter Maneas, Ganellen’s first high-profile residential project is on Alberta Street in Surry Hills.

Shortly after opening for business, Nick Kodos, Christopher Ahern, Jorjen Gouveros and Joel Barnett join the team. Over time, each will go on to take roles as senior leaders, passionate about nurturing the next generation.
