for our people, partners and clients.
Founded in 1998 by Peter Maneas, Ganellen’s first high-profile residential project is on Alberta Street in Surry Hills.
Shortly after opening for business, Nick Kodos, Christopher Ahern, Jorjen Gouveros and Joel Barnett join the team. Over time, each will go on to take roles as senior leaders, passionate about nurturing the next generation.
Hiring for growth
After a series of high-profile wins, we become experts in training future leaders.
Our policy to hire people based on shared values and passion, and promote from within builds a loyal, experienced team. Formalised mentoring and training systems enhance our people-focused culture.
Our reputation for delivering on time, without sacrificing quality is paramount and we enjoy a period of sustainable growth.
Crossing the Tasman
In 2010, we were six days from completing our first project in Christchurch when the earthquakes struck. We embraced the opportunity to help regenerate the city, and have recently expanded to Auckland to pursue other major projects.
To the Future
For over 20 years we’ve been supporting corporate, government and private clients to build better places to work, grow and connect.
We’ll continue growing sustainably, building better for our clients, creating better opportunities for our people, and delivering better outcomes for the communities we serve.
We are proud of what we’ve achieved over the last 20 years, and we’re determined to face the challenges ahead with honesty, integrity and passion.
