Adam is Ganellen’s Chief Estimator, heading up a dedicated team of cost planners and estimators. Having first joined the team in 2009, Adam has worked on bids and cost plans across all industry sectors, with particular expertise in medium to high density residential.

Adam has vast experience in both the Australian and New Zealand markets and is skilled at identifying value management opportunities that maximise outcomes for our clients.

Antony commenced with Ganellen New Zealand in January 2013 working his way through the ranks from Project Engineer to his current position of Construction Manager overseeing all construction activities within the business. His engineering background and meticulous attention to detail is what gives rise to his core skillset of build methodology, co-ordination, problem finding and solving working proactively with the project team to ensure the best deliverables for clients.

Antony delivered the award winning 70-72 Gloucester Street development followed notably by the 254 Montreal Street Project designed and tenanted by Warren & Mahoney and Holmes Consulting Engineers in Christchurch as his first two projects in New Zealand.

Christopher has over 25 years property and construction industry experience. As Commercial Director his focus is on pre-construction client services taking projects from origination to contract execution. In addition he is responsible for developing corporate strategy, business development, marketing, communication and managing global commercial issues.

Christopher has worked with Ganellen Founder and CEO, Peter Maneas for over 20 years. He began his career as a Quantity Surveyor whilst completing university. He has utilised his cost control and commercial expertise for several leading companies in both Australia and the UK. Returning to Sydney in 2005, he reunited with Peter and the Ganellen team.

Christopher attended the University of Technology in Sydney, where he obtained a Bachelor of Building (CE) (Hons) and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2011. He sits on the NSW Board of Advisors for the Property Industry Foundation which helps finds solutions to youth homelessness by building homes, creating employment pathways and funding support services.

Chris is the Business Development Director for Ganellen and has held this role since 2009.

In 1986 he joined the construction industry as a services engineer and over the next 15 years he held positions from construction manager of major projects, through to development manager of the iconic King Street Wharf. Chris went on to deliver high-end ‘lifestyle’ residential developments, as well as unusual, large span ‘post tensioned steel’ structures.

In 2009, Chris joined Ganellen, where he took on responsibility for the company’s business development strategy and activities where he has remained to this day.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sydney. He has also completed the Australian Graduate School of Management’s (AGSM) Development Program for Managers.

Chris joined Ganellen in 2019 to lead Ganellen’s safety teams and systems.

Chris has a depth of experience in the building, construction and electrical industries, including 10 years in safety leadership and consultancy roles. He gained this experience on major construction and infrastructure projects across Sydney and regional NSW.

Chris is a highly qualified WHS professional who holds qualifications in WHS and building and construction. He is passionate about the safety and welfare of people and is committed to ensuring that safety is ingrained in all levels of the business.

David joined Ganellen in 2016 as General Counsel and Director, following a longstanding relationship with Peter and the Ganellen team as professional adviser.

David brings a wealth of expertise from his time as Division Head of Projects Construction and Infrastructure at three leading law firms. He was legal lead for many high-profile projects and numerous CBD hotels and commercial towers. David is dedicated to building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, a quality he has developed and proven through his role as relationship partner for major government and private entities.

David holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney and is recognised as one of Australia's top lawyers in Construction Law and Government Law by a number of independent peer surveys, including the 2012-2017 editions of Best Lawyers in Australia and the Asia Pacific Guide of Chambers and Partners

George is Ganellen’s General Manager Construction, overseeing all Australian-based construction projects.

George joined Ganellen in 2008 as a Contracts Administrator, and quickly progressed into management roles after demonstrating innate leadership qualities and a results-driven approach to project delivery.

George holds a Bachelor of Building Construction Management and Property and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in Boston.

Jessica is Ganellen’s Marketing and Communications Manager, leading both internal and external activities. After joining the company in early 2014, she has worked cross-functionally across the entire group to bring the Ganellen values and vision to life.

Jessica holds multiple qualifications and continuous executive education across Design, Visual Art, and Marketing from CATC and the University of Sydney.

Joel is Ganellen's Construction & Strategy Director, and has been with the company since 2002. He began his construction career as a cadet working alongside the founders of Ganellen.

Joel then gained valuable client-side experience before joining Ganellen to manage multiple new projects. In 2008, Joel took on a more global role in the business, as Construction Manager, looking after delivery of all construction projects. In 2011, Joel was promoted to the role of Construction Director of Ganellen, continuing his responsibility for overseeing the delivery of all of the company’s construction projects.

Joel attended the University of Technology, Sydney, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Building in Construction Management.

Jorjen began his career in 1999 as a Contracts Administrator for the newly formed Ganellen.

During his career Jorjen has managed multiple large residential projects and contracts, including the Kiaora Lands Redevelopment and Australia’s largest Woolworths store.

In late 2014, Jorjen was promoted to the role of Contracts Director and oversees contracting activity company-wide.

Jorjen holds a Bachelor of Building in Construction Management from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Michael is a Director in New Zealand. He began his career in property and construction at Colliers International in Sydney, where he handled the sale and acquisition of commercial assets and mixed-use development sites for major government and institutional clients. In 2004, Michael moved to London to perform the role of associate director for Colliers’ CRE Residential division, overseeing equity funding and corporate finance for international commercial & resort developments.

In 2010, Michael joined Ganellen to oversee the company’s operations in Christchurch, New Zealand. He oversaw the rebuilding on the historic Press Building after the 2010 and 2011 Canterbury earthquakes, and several A Grade office buildings further cementing Ganellen’s position as a leading New Zealand Contractor. Michael now plays an integral role in Ganellen’s expansion into the Auckland market, as Project Director for stage 2 of the landmark Alexandra Park redevelopment.

Michael holds two degrees from the Victoria University of Wellington; a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration, and a Bachelor of Tourism and Service Management.

Mitchell is the Director of Ganellen’s New Zealand operations.

Joining Ganellen in 2009, he has been involved with the New Zealand business since its inception over 10 years ago. Shortly after, he permanently relocated to New Zealand and dedicated himself to nurturing this important business.

Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property Economics from the University of New South Wales.

Nick is the Managing Director of Ganellen, joining the company in its formative years as a Contracts Administrator after completing his cadetship.

Nick quickly moved into management roles after demonstrating a natural ability to lead and manage a team, and oversaw a variety of commercial and residential projects for the company. In 2012 Nick was promoted to the role of Managing Director of Ganellen. He now mentors young team members coming through the ranks, and oversees general operations of the business.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Building in Construction Management (Hons) from the University of Technology, Sydney. In 2006, he received a Master of Business Administration (Executive) from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).

Peter is co-founder, majority shareholder and CEO of Ganellen. He has dedicated his career to the construction and property industry, working for only two companies.

In the early 1980’s he started as a cadet in the small Sydney office of 30 people of what would grow into Australia’s largest privately owned construction contractor. In his 17 years there, he worked his way through the business to become a Construction Manager responsible for a portfolio of landmark projects worth in excess of $1bn.

In 1998, Peter co-founded Ganellen as a design and construction contractor. Since that time he has overseen the delivery of in excess of 100 projects, Ganellen’s expansion into New Zealand and created our re-investment strategy of acquiring income producing, stable, property assets to further enhance the financial strength of the group.

Peter completed an Applied Science Building Degree at the University of Technology, Sydney in 1988. He later completed the OPM program at Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts.

Richard is responsible for our investments and has been with the company since 2011.

He is responsible for overseeing our new business acquisitions and management of our existing investment portfolio. Richard has a unique all rounded property knowledge and his enthusiasm and love for the property business is a stand out. His background forms the perfect platform for business development and investment management with Ganellen.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Building in Construction Management from the University of NSW, Sydney. Also trained and qualified in finance and real estate, Richard is a licenced builder and real estate agent in NSW.

Stefania is Ganellen’s Financial Controller and has been with the company since 2014.

Stefania developed her leadership and management skills across the shared services division and has held the position of Financial Controller for the Company since 2017. Over her first 3 years she moved from an admin role to Accounts Manager and in January 2017 she was promoted to Financial Controller of the company, having proved her proficiency in leadership and management of the accounts department.

Stefania holds an Advanced Diploma of Accounting from Academies Australasia Institute.

Stephanie is Ganellen’s QSE Manager and oversees all aspects of quality, safety and the environment. Working closely with project teams, Stephanie’s key responsibility is ensuring ongoing compliance with quality, WHS and environmental codes of practice and legislation.

Stephanie originally joined Ganellen as a QSE Coordinator and progressed to QSE Manager after demonstrating an innate commitment to continuous improvement at all levels of the business.

Stephanie holds a Masters of Work Health & Safety from Wollongong University and is a registered nurse.

Yulia leads our New Zealand estimating and cost control teams. She started her construction career as a PQS and has received exposure in residential, commercial, industrial, recreational and educational projects. She has been involved on projects from the cost plan phase right through to assessing progress claims and variation claims during construction.

Yulia is committed in developing her skills and knowledge in the construction industry and has joined Ganellen in 2015. She has gained experience working on both Australia and New Zealand tender projects.

Having successfully completed two degrees - Bachelor of Construction Project Management, University of Technology Sydney & Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Finance), Macquarie University, Sydney 2012, demonstrates strong motivation and high quality of work.
